All animations are delivered digitally via:

  • Private file transfer (if required)

  • WhatsApp link (upon request for faster access)

You will receive instructions and download links directly after the final video is ready.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard production time: 3–7 business days from submission of request

  • Complex animations may take slightly longer

  • You will receive a preview before final delivery

  • Payment is completed only after approval of the final animation

3. International Access

Since all deliveries are digital, your animation can be accessed from anywhere in the world. No shipping costs are involved.

4. Technical Requirements

  • Download requires a stable internet connection

  • Videos are provided in standard MP4 format compatible with most devices
