Thank you for shopping with PETZOOR. We want you—and your pup—to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

 Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

• All tags must still be attached

• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Please contact us at karen@petzoor.com before sending any returns. Items sent without prior request and approval will not be accepted.

 Return Process:

Once your return is approved:

• You’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions

• Carefully pack the product and ship it back using the label provided

Non-returnable Items:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food or treats)

• Custom or personalized items

• Opened beauty/grooming products

• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids)

 EU Customers:

In accordance with EU law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can return your item for any reason. The same return conditions apply (unused, in original packaging, etc.).
