Return PolicyAt Petzoor Studio, we create fully personalized digital animation videos using the photos and information provided by our customers. Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, traditional product returns do not apply.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Digital & Customized Products
All products sold on Petzoor Studio are:
100% digital
Custom-made based on your uploaded photo
Personalized for each individual child
Because of this, once production has started, the order cannot be returned like a physical product.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only if:
Production has NOT yet started
A cancellation request is submitted within 6 hours of placing the order
Once design or animation work has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Revisions Instead of Returns
Since our products are digital animations, we offer revisions instead of returns.
If you are not satisfied with the first version:
You may request reasonable adjustments
Minor edits are included at no additional cost
Major changes may require additional fees
Our goal is to ensure you are happy with the final result.
4. No Physical Returns
Petzoor Studio does not ship physical goods. Therefore:
No shipping returns
No return labels
No physical product exchanges
All deliveries are made digitally via secure file transfer.
5. Exceptional Cases
We may issue a refund or partial refund in rare cases such as:
Duplicate payment
Technical failure preventing delivery
Inability to complete the project
Each case will be reviewed individually.
