At Petzoor Studio, every animation we create is fully personalized using your child’s real photo. Because of the custom nature of our service, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy to protect both our customers and our creative process.
1. Personalized Digital Product Policy
All animations created by Petzoor Studio are custom-made digital products. Once the final approved video has been delivered, the order is considered completed and non-refundable.
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we offer a preview-before-payment model to ensure peace of mind.
2. Preview Before Payment
In many cases, we provide a preview version before requesting final payment. If you are not satisfied with the preview, you may request reasonable adjustments.
If after revisions you decide not to proceed, no payment will be required (if payment has not yet been made).
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment
Technical error preventing delivery
Failure to deliver the agreed service
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
The final approved animation has already been delivered
The customer changes their mind after approving the final version
Incorrect information or low-quality photos were provided by the customer
5. Revision Policy
We offer reasonable revisions to ensure customer satisfaction. Revision requests must clearly describe the changes needed. Major concept changes after approval may require an additional fee.
6. Processing Time for Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
