📦 1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to:

- United Kingdom
- European Union countries
If you’re outside these regions, contact us — we might still be able to deliver!
⏱ 2. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- USA: 6–11business days
- UK & EU: 5–11 business days
Order processing time: 1–3 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

🔁 4. What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.

Full return instructions and labels will be sent after approval.
🎁 5. Can I return items bought on sale or with discount codes?
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
However, if the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.
🐶 6. Are your products safe for small puppies or kittens?
Absolutely! Our toys and accessories are carefully selected to be safe, durable, and suitable for all sizes, including puppies and kittens.
Please check product descriptions for specific age or size recommendations.
🧼 7. How should I clean the toys or grooming tools?
Each product has its own cleaning instructions on the package or in the online description.
In general:
- Most silicone and rubber toys: hand wash with mild soap and water
- Electronic items: Wipe with a damp cloth — never submerge in water
- Grooming tools: Wipe or rinse and let air dry

First, check the tracking number sent to your email. If there’s a delay or issue, contact us at karen@petzoor.com or message us directly on WhatsApp for real-time support.
We’ll make sure it gets resolved quickly.
