1. How does the order process work?
After you submit your request, we create a personalized animation using the photo and details you provide. You will receive a preview before final payment. Payment is only made after you approve the video.
2. How long does it take to receive my animation?
Standard production time is 3–7 business days. Complex animations may take slightly longer. You will receive a preview before the final delivery.
3. Can I request changes to my animation?
Yes! We offer reasonable revisions. Minor edits are free, major changes may require an additional fee. All changes should be requested before final approval.
4. What if I don’t like the animation?
You will only pay after approving the final animation. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, we will work with you until you are satisfied.
5. What format will my animation be delivered in?
Animations are delivered in standard MP4 format, compatible with most devices. You will receive a secure download link.
6. Can I order for more than one child?
Absolutely! You can submit multiple requests. Each animation is personalized separately.
7. Is my child’s photo safe?
Yes! Uploaded photos are only used to create your animation. We never share your child’s photos without your explicit permission.
